MOTOGRAM
Delete your account
Last updated: 3 August 2026
You can delete your Motogram account yourself, from inside the app, at
any time. You do not need to ask us and you do not need a reason.
From the app
- Open Motogram.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. That is the last step — there is no waiting period and no
recovery.
If you cannot open the app
Lost the phone, or uninstalled Motogram before deleting? Email
motogram.in@gmail.com
from the Google or Apple address you signed in with, or tell us your
@username. We will verify that the account is yours and delete it within
30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
Everything tied to your account, permanently:
- Your profile — name, @username, photo and bike
- Your feed posts, statuses and comments, and the photos in them
- Your chats and group messages, including photos and voice notes you
sent
- Your connections, both who you follow and who follows you, and any
saved routes
- Your push notification token, so your phone stops receiving anything
- Your login itself, and your @username is released so it can be
claimed again — including by you, if you come back
What stays, and why
- A copy someone else already has. A message you sent
sits in the other rider's chat too, and a screenshot is theirs. We
remove our copy; we cannot reach into their phone.
- Groups you created carry on without you, the same
way they would if you simply left. Your name comes off them.
- Nothing else. There is no shadow profile, no
retained analytics record and no backup we keep on purpose. Routine
infrastructure backups age out within 30 days.
How long it takes
Deleting from inside the app is immediate. Backups
containing the old data expire within 30 days, after
which nothing remains anywhere.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you only want a
break, you can simply sign out — your account stays as it is until you
come back.
